TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion (“Lucky Draw”) (“T&C”) is organised by Far East Group Limited (“FEGL”) and is open for Walk-in & Cash & Carry customers only. (Not applicable for FEGL employees)

  2. Each Lucky Draw form must be completely filled in. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

  3. Minimum of S$50 Nett spent per receipt (Before Goods Service Tax) for a free meal (“Free Lunch”) entitlement starting from the Last Friday of every month (From Feb to Dec-2022).

  4. Maximum 1 meal voucher to be redeemed per receipt per person for the 1st 50 customers every month (From Feb to Dec-2022).

  5. Minimum of S$50 Nett spent per receipt (Before Goods Service Tax) for a one Lucky Draw Chance.

  6. Maximum 10 lucky draw chances per receipt.

  7. Lucky Draw participation covers the period from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022.

  8. 22 Prizes for Monthly Lucky Draw: 2 x $200 and 20 x $50 NTUC Cash Voucher will be issued for customers.

  9. Monthly Lucky Draw Prizes will be drawn starting from the Last Friday of every month till the Last Friday of January 2023 at 1.30pm in FEGL premises.

  10. There will be 2 Grand Prizes given out during the promotion period. The First Draw on last Friday of July 2022 & the Second Draw on Last Friday of January 2023 at 1.30pm in FEGL premises.

  11. The closing date for participation of the lucky draw will be on 31st December 2022 before 5.30pm.

  12. Lucky Draw Coupon-Participant Form received after 31st December 2022 will not be considered for the Lucky Draw.

  13. Winners will receive a call/email/SMS notification through the contact number provided to redeem the Lucky Draw prize.

  14. Winners must present their Identity Card for prize collection.

  15. If any winner is uncontactable / fails to respond within 1 week after the notification, the winner will be disqualified and FEGL reserves the right to select another winner.

  16. All prizes which remain unclaimed after 1 week of notification will be forfeited.

  17. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

  18. All non-winning entries that qualified for the First Draw will be automatically entered for the Second Draw.

  19. Participants are to abide by the rules and regulations stated by the organizer. In case of dispute, the organizer’s decision is final.

  20. FEGL accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.

  21. Prizes are subject to availability and FEGL has the right to substitute any prize of a comparable.

  22. FEGL shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in the connection with the Lucky Draw, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

  23. Any warranty claims in relation to a prize should be directed to the relevant manufacturer and not to FEGL.

  24. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants are deemed to have agreed with FEGL’s data protection and privacy policy with regards to the collection, processing, use, disclosure of any personal data which it may obtain during this campaign.

  25. All contact details provided pursuant to the Lucky Draw may be used by FEGL in its sole discretion for future marketing related programs.

  26. Without prejudice to these “T&C”, all participants in the Lucky Draw expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise FEGL to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting, and conducting the Lucky Draw.

  27. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

  28. In the event of any inconsistency, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these T&Cs shall prevail.

  29. FEGL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if required.
