Our Group underwent a series of corporate restructuring exercises to achieve our corporate objectives of becoming a comprehensive provider of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and products. A new Hong Kong subsidiary was incorporated, Far East Refrigeration Limited, to take over the business and operations of Far East Refrigeration (Hong Kong) Limited.
